Running out of stream balance doesn't end your recurring donation in the UI

Description

I was managing my superfludi streams and ran out of USDCx a while ago. The projects I was streaming to though, still say the stream are "Active".

Just to clean things up, I went to go end the streams (since I don't plan to deposit more USDC), but I get a weird error:

Expected Behaviour

Either:

1. When a user runs out of TOKENx, their streams using that token show up as "Ended by default", OR
2. We keep the streams "Active" so that the user can deposit more TOKENx and start them up again, but then we should allow the user to "end" their stream even if they have 0 balance of TOKENx.

I'm actual curious how we designed this case to be handled @kkatusic
