There was a video explaining how Ghost Reaver gives us two instances of ES leech if we have sources of both life and ES leech. Explanation of the interaction of Ghost Reaver with instant ESxLife Leech
However, when I play around PoB, it seems PoB doesn’t really consider the Ghost Reaver interaction with life leech (I don’t see double instant leech).
A kind community member u/Yohsene from r/PathofBuilding made a testing video to show a single hit creates 2 instances (recover twice as fast in the same duration) (Given Ghost Reaver + ES & Life Leech). Therefore, we should also expect roughly doubled instant leech in PoB for Ghost Reaver ESxLife Leech setup.

Calculation of two instances of ES leech under the setup of Ghost Reaver + ES x Life leech. Im not an expert on the formula behind the leech mechanics; this solution is just my intuitive thought; it might need more fine-tuning to exclude any exceptions.
