Jumphost lost between 2 connections

What happened?

When creating a new database connection, and using SSH Tunnel (with SSH Agent through 1password), I add a jumphost with SSH Agent too and everything works fine. But the second I disconnect and try to reconnect, the jumphost disappears, might be related to #780. Even when creating a new profile with SSH + Jumphost, it does the same

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new MySQL Connection with SSH Tunnel
2. Add a jumphost with ssh agent
3. Test connection and save
4. Disconnect from the first window
5. Try to reconnect with the same saved credentials
6. Connection fails

Expected behavior

It should retain the jumphost when creating a new SSH tunnel
