HUB12 monochrome matrix displays possible support

Hi!

If implemented correctly, could HUB12 (P10) matrix panels support be part of this library's scope, and eventually merged, or should I create a separate (possibly, forked) DMA-driven library for that? HUB12 displays are usually monochrome and have both different pinout and signal arrangement, requiring to implement different data structures.

If we can find a good & clean way to add support I would be in favor of adding here. It seems somewhat straight forward to get working, but maybe a little harder to get the code to be clean -- will probably want to refactor some things to support with fewer large conditionals in each platform.

If you were able to get it working on one platform as a draft PR, even if it was messy, I could help refactor in a way I was happy with.
