[🐛] Video ads conflict with page videos

What happened?

When a page has a video, if the native advertisement is a video advertisement, even if the advertisement is muted, it will still affect the playback of the page video, causing the page video to have no sound. After the video advertisement is played, it will also cause the page video to pause
