We should also re-order the list so like tests are adjacent to each other (e.g. IOOS, IOOS 1.1, IOOS 1.2, IOOS Latest). Currently there is some mis-ordering.

Also, perhaps we should drop the :Latest labels and just stick to explicit versions for each check/test?
While this is default in compliance-checker, we can do it here in the web version. The question is: Should we fix this upstream of just in the web UI?
