Magento 2.4.7 p3 - admin upload function issue

I am getting error in admin panel product attachement in browser console
[ERROR] Failed to load the "Magento_Downloadable/components/file-uploader" template requested by "product_form.product_form.product_attachment.container_attachments.attachment.0.container_attachments.attachment_file"

and also attachment block is not loading properly.
