Determine the optimal lens for star tracker

Jacob, Edward, and I started a document between the three of us to collaboratively determine which lens we should use (link).

@JosiahRBaker still needs to determine thermal constraints for lens. Also he wants to figure out what FOV is ideal for earth imaging.

We have some initial results from simulation, but we want to do a little more work on it. Tentatively, we have decided to use a 10.1mm lens (link to come)
