Pagination - add isGlass and isNoPlainOnGlass props

Followup to patternfly/patternfly#8105, we would need to add isPlain and isNoPlainOnGlass props for the bottom variant of Pagination similar to other components.

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
