Dummy Stream for dropouts

I really like the idea and look of this project, well done so far 😊

would it be possible to hold the connection to the DEST when the SOURCE drops? for example streaming to twitch with an unstable connection, if octoplex would run in the "cloud" it could detect that the source is dropping out, failover to send video clips or a static be right back or so image and send the source again when its available again. twitch is handeling dropouts and reconnects very bad on user side. maybee other destinations could benfit from this too if they handle reconnects poorly etc
