Summary
Adds an example showing how to combine AgentOps (cost tracking) with UncommonRoute (intelligent LLM routing) for end-to-end cost visibility and optimization.
What's included
examples/uncommonroute/directory with:uncommonroute_cost_optimization.py— working example that sends tasks of varying complexity through UncommonRoute, with AgentOps tracking every callREADME.md— setup instructions and explanation of the observe → optimize → verify looprequirements.txtWhy this is useful for AgentOps users
AgentOps shows you what you're spending. UncommonRoute reduces that spend by routing each request to the cheapest model capable of handling it. Together they close the feedback loop — you can verify in the AgentOps dashboard that routing actually reduced costs.
The example demonstrates this with concrete tasks ranging from trivial ("hello") to complex ("design a distributed scheduler"), showing how different complexity levels get routed to different cost tiers.
No changes to AgentOps core
