KiCAD Covert Oresat0 UHF Mezzanine

Summary

This Pull Request does the following:

• Minor reorganization of the folder structure to give the Oresat0 UHF Mezzanine Board its own folder
• Converts the Eagle UHF Mezzanine Board to a KiCAD project
• Updates the .gitignore with *.DS_Store for Mac users

I shot from the hip a bit with guessing which layer goes where, so the two inner layers might be in the wrong order. To my understanding though they are both GND so maybe no big deal?

Known Issues

There are 101 DRC errors in the board haha. Most of them seem to be related to the solder masks, so probably not an actual issue but it would be great to get feedback on whether they can all be dismissed.
