I can vouch for the great work Jonny did in the past on Teku and Consensus layer (Eth2.0) R&D. Also, Jonny was one of the organizers of the first Interop event, a big milestone in Eth2.0 delivery.

Summary of their work / eligibility:
Jonny primarily focuses on Snap/2 protocol development, Geth observability, and overall performance optimization within go-ethereum. Previously, Jonny served as the lead developer for the Teku project in 2019, contributing extensively to its development (see: https://github.com/Consensys/teku/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Ajrhea+).
Also Jonny is on #4 in consensus layer bug bounty leaderboard.
