docs: streamlining some stuff

Summary

• consolidates some text in the hooks page
• reshuffles some things on the Windows installation page
• adds a link to the quickstart on the slack-cli landing page
• removes the "using slack cli with bolt frameworks" because it's redundant with a quickstart; reducing maintenance for docs
  • it also gets 1.8% of total Slack CLI page views so it's fine
• removes "troubleshooting cli errors" guide that was literally only about a Deno vscode plugin issue.
  • moving that Deno vscode plugin content to the deno sdk pages
  • 0.77% of total Slack CLI page views, so literally nobody was using it. They just go straight to errors reference (as they should)
