Probably want to make it clear it supports both 3.0.x and 3.1.0 instead of less than 3.1.X since I don't think that version 2 is supported by this tool? (But I might be mistaken) |

Given this PR has been merged, I think 3.1.x is supported now? The readme still said 3.0.x
